This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Barría Miranda Inversiones Ltda (trade name: mem4dev) uses on its website and application, what they are for and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others, which we only use with your permission, measure how the site is used or how our campaigns perform. "Similar technologies" include your browser's local storage.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always active)
They are required to provide what you ask for, so they do not need your consent and cannot be turned off.

Analytics (only if you accept)
They tell us how the website is used (for example, which pages are visited and how visitors find us) so we can improve it.
Marketing (only if you accept)
They measure how our advertising campaigns perform and allow advertising partners to show you relevant ads.
Analytics and marketing tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager is only loaded after you accept at least one of these categories; if you reject them, nothing from Google is loaded on our website. The tools we run inside it can set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years) or _gcl_* (advertising conversion measurement, up to 90 days). Google acts under its own cookie and privacy policies.
Third-party cookies on checkout
Payments are processed by Paddle, which may set its own cookies on its checkout page. They are governed by Paddle's privacy policy.
3. Your choices
- The first time you visit, a notice lets you accept all, reject all or customize the optional categories. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent we stop loading those tools and delete the analytics and marketing cookies we can reach from this website.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, parts of the application (such as signing in) may stop working.
- We ask for your choice again after 6 months or if the categories we use change.
4. Changes
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows the latest version.
