# Refund Policy

We want you to try mem4dev's paid plan without risk. This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the paid **Individual** plan and its capacity upgrades. Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, [Paddle.com](https://www.paddle.com), which handles refunds on our behalf.

## 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund of any charge within **30 days** of that charge. This covers your first payment, monthly renewals and capacity upgrades. You do not need to explain why.

## How to request a refund

1. Go to [paddle.net](https://paddle.net), enter the email you used to buy and follow the steps to request a refund of the transaction; or
2. write to us at [support@mem4dev.com](mailto:support@mem4dev.com) with the email of your account and the date of the charge, and we will take care of it with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer; it usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

## What happens to your plan

- When a charge is refunded, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the Free plan. We do not delete your data: everything stays readable, within the Free plan limits (see our [Terms of Service](https://mem4dev.com/en/terms/)).
- You can cancel at any time from the "My plan" page to stop future charges, whether or not you ask for a refund. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; you keep the paid features until it ends.

## After 30 days

After the 30-day period we do not usually refund charges, except where the law requires it or where there was an error on our side, such as a duplicated charge or a charge after a cancellation that was confirmed. Contact us and we will review your case.

## Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase.
